Police in Lake Balboa are searching for the driver of an SUV who collided with multiple parked cars and a tree before fleeing the area. According to the Los Angeles Police Department, the original call regarding the hit-and-run came out just before 11:45 p.m. on Monday evening in the 6530 block of Hayvenhurst Avenue. Before colliding with the tree, the SUV, a silver Chevy Tahoe, appeared to have clipped two parked cars on Hayvenhurst. Police in Lake Balboa are searching for the driver of an SUV who collided with multiple parked cars and a tree before fleeing the area. (KRON) -- A Dublin man who worked as a counselor for at-risk minors and children with special needs has been arrested, police announced Tuesday.Nobumasa Masubuchi was the focus of a four-month child pornography investigation conducted by Dublin Police Services. "During the course of the investigation, it was discovered Masubuchi possessed a multitude of CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material), depicting victims of sexual assaults possibly as young as four years of age," DPS wrote. (KRON) -- Over two dozen packages stolen by porch pirates were found by the Benicia Police Department this past weekend. Benicia PD received a report from a passerby reporting a large amount of packages on the roadway in the area of Cambridge Drive and Rose Drive.A person was going through the packages, police said.By the time officers arrived, no one was at the scene. Nearly two dozen packages were found, with a few opened. Woman arrested for allegedly stealing Amazon packages in Piedmont Officers retrieved the packages and returned most to their rightful owners.
