With the first-round series heading to San Francisco this week, the Warriors are eager for the opportunity to defend their home floor and dig themselves out of the 2-0 hole they’ve fallen into. But they’ll have to play a pivotal Game 3 without their most vocal leader.Draymond Green has been suspended for Thursday’s game at Chase Center for stepping on the chest of Kings big man Domantas Sabonis. The league announced Green’s suspension Tuesday night, one day after he was ejected from Game 2 for getting entangled with Sabonis. Green received a Flagrant 2 foul and was tossed near the 7-minute mark of the fourth quarter of the Warriors’ 114-106 loss to the Kings Monday night. Pleasanton Home Depot employee shot trying to stop shoplifter

PLEASANTON, Calif. (KRON) -- The Pleasanton Police Department is investigating a shooting at a Home Depot Tuesday afternoon. Police said one person was shot after attempting to stop a shoplifter.Police were called to the Home Depot, located at 6000 Johnson Drive, at about 2:15 p.m. They found one victim bleeding inside the store, and police said he was hospitalized. There is no update on the victim's condition.Witnesses told police that the victim attempted to stop a theft, leading to a struggle that ended in the man being shot.
