Authorities are asking the public for help in finding a Level 3 predatory offender under supervised release who cut off his GPS monitoring bracelet and disappeared from his registered address in Minneapolis, according to a release from the Minnesota Department of Corrections.The Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) is seeking the public’s assistance to help locate Archie Demound Randle, 45, a Level 3 predatory offender who is wanted for violations of his intensive supervised release. Randle was released from Minnesota DOC custody on June 27, 2023 to Intensive Supervised Release. The call for the incident came in just after 3 p.m.Police were dispatched to Upper Union Street for a call of a suicidal man.
