Clifton Park Town Board at odds with Highway Superintendent CLIFTON PARK, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Clifton Park Town Board and Highway Superintendent Dahn Bull appear to be at odds. On Tuesday, the Town Board unanimously passed a resolution that directs Bull to cease paving streets and highways in Clifton Park if there is not an executed agreement in place, as required by Section 284 of the Highway Law. The stickers will be available at licensed inspection stations and include information like the vehicle identification number and mileage information. Schroeder. “These print-on-demand stickers will go a long way toward reducing and even preventing potential fraud and helping law enforcement get better information about the vehicles they see every day on New York’s roads.”The New York State Department of Motor Vehicle also announced that more than 100,000 inspections have been conducted since the first rollout of the new sticker system. Suspect arrested in Valley Glen double fatal shooting; 2nd victim identified A man was arrested in connection with a dispute that resulted in a double fatal shooting in Valley Glen earlier this week, police said Thursday.The incident occurred around 10 p.m. Monday in the 12900 block of Victory Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.Three men became involved in some kind of altercation when two of them took out guns and shot at each other.All three men suffered numerous gunshot wounds, police said.Arkadi Simonyan, 44, and Mesrop Malkhasyan, 38, both of North Hollywood, eventually succumbed to their injuries.The third man, 23-year-old Vahan Simonyan, was taken to a hospital and is expected to survive.Detectives discovered that the shooting stemmed from an earlier business dispute, police said.Vahan Simonyan was booked on suspicion of murder despite still being hospitalized.The relationship between the two Simonyans was not immediately released and police did not provide any additional details about the shooting or arrest.
