David Holtslander Killed in Pedestrian Accident on East Flamingo Road [Las Vegas, NV] Man, Dog Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Collision near South Pecos RoadLAS VEGAS, NV (August 23, 2023) – Tuesday morning, a pedestrian accident at East Flamingo Road claimed the life of David Holtslander.The incident happened around 3:50 a.m., along the intersection of East Flamingo Road and South Pecos Road on August 15th.Officers say a man was walking with his dog when the dog ran into the street and he chased after it. There, the driver of a 2023 Nissan Kicks struck the man and his dog.Medics arrived and transported 58-year-old Holtslander to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
